He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Julian Carr and Gladys Tomlin Carr; and his brothers, Ronnie Carr, Wayne Carr and Maxie Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Carr; his children, Lorie Ingram (Anthony) and Randy Carr of Laguna Beach, FL; his siblings, Judy Sitz and Sam Carr (Teresa); his grandchildren, Holden Ingram (Emily) and Taylor Easterling (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Carrson Easterling and Elijah Easterling.
