He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Scarlett and Kathryn Love Scarlett; and his wife MaryAnn Scarlett. He is survived by: his children, Michael Scarlett Junior and Kathleen Torres (Brian); his grandchildren, Kayla, Dylan Torres, Rileigh and Callen Scarlett; his siblings, Ed Scarlett, Patti Miller and Eileen Horner; and his half-sister Ellen Scarlett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
