She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Obryant Griggs and Berta Brooks Griggs; her husband Clifton Hughes; her siblings, Susie Thomas and O'Bryant Griggs; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Griggs and Morrell Key; and her great grandchild Morgan Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Snellgrove (Ronnie) and Tony Hughes (Charlotte) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Jill Ezell (Don), Betsy Peterson (Craig), Josh Snellgrove (Jennifer) and Chad Snellgrove (Victoria); and her great great grandchild Nemma Cate Strickland.
