She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Fore Sargent and Lucy Alberta Reed; her husband James Walter Maples; her siblings, Lee Bush, Stelleen Burks, Peggy Robertson, Lennon Sargent, Billy Sargent and Gene Sargent; and her granddaughter Bambi Alcaida.

She is survived by : her brother Glen Sargent (Daylene); her children, Jackie Cooner (Linda), Mike Alcaida (Susanne) and Teresa Maples (Doug); and her grandchildren, Laura Rutledge (Tommy), Jennifer Carroll (Matt), Marisa Pressley (Todd), Amanda Cooner, Adam Alcaida (Sam), Taz Beatley, Jared Alcaida, Tara Rivers (Owen), Mikala Wagner (Harry), Callie O'Brien, Mckenna Midthun (Jakob) and Christian O'Brien.
