He is survived by: his parents, John Lenn Burke and Rene; his sister Brittany Burke Alexander (Michael); his grandfather Robert Louis Hankins; and his nieces, Abigail Mai Alexander, Emily Reeder Alexander and Madeline Lane Alexander. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's of Alabama.
