It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arnold Frank Aldridge (Pelham, Alabama), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Aldridge and Dora Aldridge; his brother Ken Aldridge; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Aldridge, Bill Weston, Bobbie Bass and Marguerite Ewell; and his daughters-in-law, Carole Duke and Pat Duke.
He is survived by : his daughter Joy L. Aldridge; his son-in-law David E. Hope; his granddaughter Amy Elizabeth Aldridge Hope; his sisters, Carol Gratton (Dick) and Dorothy Weston; his stepson Thomas G. Duke (Clarksburg, MD); his stepgranddaughters, Margaret McGough (Anthony) of Prattville, AL and Sharon Hannum (Clarksburg, MD); his stepson David W. Duke of Norfolk, VA; and his stepgranddaughters, Mary Ellen Daniel (Dan) and Theresa Knowles (Andy) of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
When COVID-19 curtailed live sports, Arnold was relieved to find rebroadcasted "Classic Hockey" games on TV.
