She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Lantrip (Ronald) and Bonnie Israel (Kevin); her brother Robert Stephens; and her grandchildren, Leslie Boehm, Leigh Anne Wilson, Patrick Lantrip and Paige Lessley. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
