He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Moody Waters; his children, Carol Waters Walker (Mike), Michael Wayne Waters (Ann) and Larry Joe Waters (Karen); and his grandchildren, Melissa Gray (Alex), Dr. Lydia Pena (Jesse), Corey Waters, Caleb Waters, Cody Waters and Kayla Kailey (Ryan).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Buddy Waters.
