He was predeceased by : his parents, William Thomas Mann and Frances Emma Mann (Gilbert); and his brothers, Samuel David Mann, Bill Edward Mann and Joseph Curtis Mann.

He is survived by : his wife Louise Massey Mann; and his children, Myra Mann Bailey (Pierce), Frank Carlton Mann II (Caroline), William Thomas Mann (Sandy), Michele Mann Shepherd (Michael), Mary Mann Stevenson (John) and Nina Mann Harvey (David). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Big Oak Ranch, Springville, Alabama.
