She is survived by: her daughters, Marianne Self (Bob), Richelle Jacks (Rob) and Michelle Witherington (Eric); her grandchildren, Kelley Whatley (Seaborn), Robyn Forrester (Justin), Tyler Richard Self (Taylor), Lacy Jacks, Cody Sellers, Chloe Sellers and Garrett Witherington; and her great grandchildren, Cannon Wilton, Gracie Wilton, Addison Wilton, Avery Whatley, Jones Whatley, Cade Forrester and Tanner Forrester.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Two by Two Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 708, Helena, AL 35080.
