She was predeceased by : her husband Zara Chester Moon; her parents, Blanche Elsie Eldridge Baker and Charles Quentin Baker; and her siblings, Howard Baker (Alice) and Velda Baker Yehle (Bill).

She is survived by : her son David Chester Moon (Lisa); her grandchildren, Dawn Vaughn (Steven), Christopher Moon, Kelsey McHam (Gerren), Kimberly Moon, Katherine Simpson (Chase) and Kelli Mallett (Avery); her great grandchildren, Colin Moon and Hailey Moon; her brother Marvin Baker (Jan); and also, Diana Kay Barnes (John) and Deborah Lynn Stewart (Mike).
