He is survived by: his wife Samantha Booker; his children, Annabelle, Anthony Ryan Booker, Jr. and Jacob Ryan Booker; his parents, Anthony H. Booker and Sally; his siblings, John Booker (Crystal) and Carey Dees; and his aunt Pam Hyatt (Larry). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
