It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara June Grimes of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Crawfordville, Florida, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Nancy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Grimes; her daughters, Hope Black (Butch Thomas) of Pinetta and Faith Lee of Phenix City; her grandsons, David Lee of Columbus and Jason Black (Kay) of Bakersfield, California; her great grandchild Kayla Black; and her sibling's children, Robin Smith of Valdosta, Georgia and Todd Smith of Placida, Florida. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
