With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy J. Cox of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on July 21, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Andrew Cox and Launa Hampton Cox. She is survived by: her brothers, David Cox (Becky) of Unadilla, GA and Dan Cox (Janice) of Orlando, FL; her nephew Ben Cox (Missy) of Pinehurst, GA; her great-nephew Forrest Cox of Pinehurst, GA; and her siblings' children, Cate Cox, Alli Cox Bastani (Ramin) of Los Angeles, CA and Dr. Matthew Cox.
In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, those attending the funeral service will be required to wear a face mask and social distancing will be in effect.
