He is survived by: his wife Peggy Batastini of Phenix City, Ala; his children, Robin Ann Batastini of Phenix City, Ala and Charles "Chuck" Batastini (Karen) of Midland, Georgia; and his granddaughter Victoria Marie Batastini of Midland, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
