He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Parker (Dwayne), Charles "Chuck" Parker, Jr. (Brandi), Lori Kern (Theodore) and Krystle Parker (Wayne); his siblings, Barbara Kneece (Robert), Mary Disbennett (Jake), Kathy Garrett (Clyde), Ron Parker, Don Parker and Dick Parker; and his grandchildren, Michael Fortune (Tiffany), Ashley Alsterlund, Amber Alsterlund, Brandi Boutwell (Andrew), Haylee Parker, Hannah Parker, Matthew Talbot (Megan), Emily Talbot (Ryan), Zachary Smith and Connor O'Boyle. He is also survived by great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephew, extended family, and numerous friends.
