He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Curliss and Emma Jane Hughes Curliss; his wife Vivian Adkins Curliss; his son Samuel Curliss; and his grandson Bryce Davis.
He is survived by: his son Clifford; his sister Donna Moore of Cape Coral, FL; his stepchildren, Denise Maddox of Phenix City, AL and Kenneth Davis (Pam); his grandchildren, Anastasia McIntyre, Hannah McIntyre, Haley Smith, Blake Maddox, Nikki Harris and Trevor Davis; and his pet Suzie Q.
