He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Pinson; and his sister Buffy Usery. He is survived by: his mother Marie Haynes Phillips of Seale, Alabama; and his siblings, Shonda Connell of Colorado, Cindy Rovig of Seale, Sandra Higginbotham of Ohatchee, Alabama and Phillip Pinson.
