He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceacer Stephens, Sr. and Francis Holland. He is survived by: his wife Tina Stephens; and his siblings, Michael Stephens, Ceacer Stephens (Tracy), Minnie Gaines, Mary Stephens, Lucille Gary, Faye Stevens, Patricia Feagins (Grandy) and Ella Stephens. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
