She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Ellis Kennedy, Sr. and Mary Culpepper Kennedy; her husband James William Stokes; and her sister Sally Kennedy. She is survived by: her children, Steven E. Stokes (Donna) of Phenix City, AL and Kathy Coulter (Sonny) of Phenix City, AL; her brother Ellis Kennedy (Jamie) of Phenix City, AL; her grandchildren, Angie Stokes Rowe (Brandon), Sam Coulter (Crystal) and Jay Coulter (Adicia); and her great grandchildren, Gage, Bradley, Clayton, Samantha, Caroline and Craig. She is also survived by several other extended family and friends.
