He was predeceased by: his father David Lamar Leverett; his son Donnie Lamar Leverett, Jr. (DJ); and his brother Gary Leverett. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Heath Leverett; his children, Angel Leverett (Trent Miller) and Justin Leverett (Beth); his brothers, Stacey Leverett (Evan) and Johnny Leverett (Christy); his grandchildren, Summer Leverett, Kyleigh Leverett, Jace Leverett and Jayden Miller; and his nephews, Braydon Leverett and Logan Leverett. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
