It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Jackson of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arena Jackson Dickerson and Peter Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Alberta Jackson; his children, Brinda Jackson, Tina Howard (Rodney), Tamara Woods, Christopher Howard (Samadra), Earnest Jackson Jr., Manquel Woods, Emmanuel Howard (Keisha) and Manvel Jackson; and his siblings, Charles Dickerson (Trethia), Issac Dickerson (Tanisha), Melvin Dickerson (Renae), Debra Stanford, Linda Coleman (Eddie), Angela Dickerson, Sharon Richardson (Gregory), Ida Dickerson, Tabitha McClary (Eric), Julana Toney (Adrian), Charlotte Davis and Earlene Brooks. He is also survived by grandchildren other relatives and friends.
