He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gus and Thelma Youngblood Allen; and his brothers, Clarence Allen and Orrel Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Allen of Phenix City, AL; his daughters, Tracy Rodgers (Johnny), Wendy Bullard (Timmy), Kim Waters (Steve) and Kelly Kimbrel (William); and his sister Margie Allen Brandenburg (Bill). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
