She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Columbus Harper and Margaret Boyett Harper. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Locklar; her sister Shirley McCall; and her children, Bill Blair (Theresa), Jennifer Butler (Jeff), Eric Blair (Crissy) and Johnny Locklar Jr. (Nora). She is also survived by eight Grandchildren; and 19 Great-Grandchildren.
