It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Ann Blackwell (Phenix City, Alabama), who passed away on April 30, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Harper and Maggie Pritchett Davis; and her husband James William Blackwell. She is survived by: her sons, James "Jimbo" Blackwell (Pam) of Skipperville, AL and David Blackwell of Phenix City, AL; and her siblings, Sandra Clark of Lawrenceville, GA and Jessie Harper of Tifton, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
