We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2020, at the age of 86, James William Keyt (Phenix City, Alabama), born in Smithville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Widney Garfield and Elizabeth Ladd Keyt; his wife Virginia Widgeon Keyt; and his siblings, Louise Keyt Frazier (Woodrow), Alma Keyt White (Charles), Lloyd, Charles (Willow Dean) and W. C. Keyt.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Keyt (Jerri Lynne) of Phenix City and Patricia Johnson (Larry) of Topeka, Kansas; his grandchildren, Garrett Keyt, Kyndal Keyt, Jim Toy (Jill), Stan King (Lori) and Deana Hutchinson (Jeff); and his sisters-in-law, Antha Smith Keyt and Marion Keyt. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
