He was predeceased by: his children, James J. Zimbro, II and Tammy Leah Ross. He is survived by: his spouse Zimbro of Arizona; his daughters, Gayle Miller, Dawn Suehring, Debbra Monk, Melody Culotta and Sheryl Pritchard; and his sisters, Virgie Mitchell and Neta Abel. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
