He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Register; and his daughter Tiffani Ward. He is survived by: his father Jerry Mac Ward (Brenda); his wife Patricia Dean Ward; his daughters, Abbie Rasmus (Cyle) and Amie Ward; his siblings, Cathy Pritchett (Mark), Steve Ward (Kara), Stacey Chambers and Dawn Giles; his grandchildren, Ronin Rasmus, Raider Rasmus and Ryatt Rasmus; his uncle David Register; and his close friend Tim Holt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
