He is survived by: his wife Molly Lewis of Phenix City; his children, Amanda Lewis of Summerdale, Alabama, Matt Lewis of Columbia, Jessie Lewis of Alabaster and Andy Lewis of Alabaster, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Ourora Ferrell, Auron Ferrell, Drake Lewis and Alina Lewis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
