He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Elias and Lula Elias Bailey; his children, Joycelyn "Lisa" Elias of Phenix City, AL, Steve Elias (Tonya) of Phenix City, AL, Robin Echols of Phenix City, AL and Derick Elias (Dawn) of Phenix City, AL; his stepdaughter Dian Sheffield; his grandchildren, Quinton (Tywoana), Terichael, Courtney, Steven, Christa, Jacoree, Yamisha, Antoine, Darren, Jakaleb, Kaidyn, Karson, Weston and Bryant; his sisters, Bettye L. Maye of McCalla, AL, Dolores E. Allen (Leon) of Phenix City, AL, Jo Anne Elias of Phenix City, AL and Carolyn Elias of Phenix City, AL; his aunt Lula M. Elias; his sister-in-law Marguerite Lyles; his great grandchild Debbie Jakes; and his cousin Willie J. McCoy. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
