He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hickman Raines of Phenix City, Ala; his grandson Kade Jett of Southport, Florida; his father John Fred Raines (Pat) of Riverview, Florida; his sister Lisa Raines Rovenelli (Tom) of Dunnellon, Florida; his children, Tonya Starnes (Jamie), Jeremy Richardson (Stacy) and Jeffrey Richardson (Kelli); and also, Eddie of Phenix City, Ala and Joanne Hickman of Phenix City, Ala. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and many special cousins and friends.
