He is survived by: his granddaughter Jasmine Whitehead (Junior); his stepsons, Gary Ellison and Donnie Fowler; his great grandchildren, Kacie, Kali and Emily; his sister Nina Gerard; and his friend Godwin Davis (LeAnn).
