She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Geier and Lore Beckenbach Geier. She is survived by: her husband Joel Hughes; her sons, Will "Boo" Hughes (Tabitha) of Jacksonville, AR and Chad Hughes (Wendy) of Tucson, AZ; her siblings, Kathy -Elliott (Jim) of Oklahoma City, OK and Fritz "Jens" Beckenbach of Crystal River, FL; her stepmother Diana Geier; her grandchildren, Brittany Jackson (Tyler), Brian Hughes, Brendon Hughes, Shane Short, Brody Short, Kaeden Hughes and Alexia Hughes; and her great grandchild Ella Ann Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many caring friends.
