She was predeceased by: her parents, Orien Goss and Thelma Sexton Goss; and her husband Richard Roland Terry. She is survived by: her children, Rev. Adam Churchwell (Jennifer) and Jamie Churchwell Boyette (Bryan); her stepchildren, Russell Terry (Jessica), Matthew Terry and Andrew Terry (Meagan); her brothers, Terry Goss (Helen) and Kenneth Goss (Diane); her grandchildren, Noah Churchwell (Maria), Nina Stofferahn (Christian), Emma Churchwell, Zachary Johnson, Avery Boyette and Carter Boyette; her stepgrandchildren, Dewey and Ashton Terry; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Churchwell, Deacon Stofferahn and Brooklyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
