It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Nell Bailey of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Miller and Rochelle Miller. She is survived by: her children, Milton Bailey, Jr. (Diane), Mildred Morgan (Williams) and Carol Wilson (Curtis); her brothers, Carnell Miller (Ann), Jerry Miller and Robert Stevenson (Peggy); and her friend Earnestine Brooks. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
