He was predeceased by: his mother Roxanna Hollingshead Wyne; and his sister Jennifer Mennie. He is survived by: his father Donald Earl Wyne Sr.; his daughter Brittney Wyne (Lane Phillips) of Phenix City, AL; his brothers, Donald E. Wyne, Jr., Peter Wyne and Edward Wyne; and his grandsons, Zaiden and Zander Wyne.
