He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cliffton "Jack" Lucious Locklar and Ollie Slayton Locklar; his siblings, Wayne Locklar (Judy), Nancy Scott (Larry), Vikki Eberle, Sherree Williamson and Janet Locklar; his close friend Rowena Cook; his pet Zoey; and his daughters, Jessica and Rachel Hepburn.
