Underwood, Jr. and Ronald Underwood (Patsy Fortson Underwood); his grandchildren, Ashley Bradley, Desmond Underwood, Derrick Underwood, Kentrel Underwood, Antonio Fortson (Brittany), Deon Fortson and Deonté Fortson; and his sisters, Ora McKinnon, Lela Faulk and Inez Bates. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
