She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis "Bubba" McConnell; her son Keith; her parents, James C. Williams and Beatrice Williams (Renfro); and her sister Betty Sue.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Ray of Waynesville, NC, Vicky Deason of Phenix City, AL and Miranda Ray (Story) of Hendersonville, NC; her grandchildren, Kelly, Amber, Ricky Jr., Bryan, Chasity, Terrell and Phoebe; and her sisters, Bonnie Browder and Clora Tharp. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
