She is survived by: her grandson Jason William; her children, Rhonda Jean Kelley of Seale, AL and Robert G. Kelley (Mary Harrell Kelley) of Phenix City, AL; her siblings, J. Larry Oxford (Emily) of Thomaston, GA and S. Elaine Oxford Stribling of Savannah, GA; her grandchildren, Soloman Ratliff, Jennifer Frye Jay, Jessica Frye Womack and Lindsey T. Kelley; and also Robert Kelley. She is also survived by several great- grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; stepchildren.
