He is survived by: his wife Tamara Warwick Powell of Phenix City, AL; his children, Traci Rogers of Phenix City, AL, Becky Rammage (Tim) of Phenix City, AL, Joanie Dutton of Phenix City, AL and Clayton Powell of Phenix City, AL; his stepchildren, Jennifer Fulton and Jason Parks; and his siblings, Patty Brown, Jerry McGee and Gale McGee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; other family members and close friends.
