It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ellis of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rufus Bartlett and Sybel Burkes; her husband Walter Ellis; her children, Tracy Ellis (Wanda), Stacy Ellis (Heather), Fara Lee and Cricket Kamali (Alan); her sister Diane Engram (Sam); and her son Walter Clarence Ellis. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
