It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nathaniel O. Brooks of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Cuthbert, Georgia, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Brooks and Sara Shirling Brooks; his former wife Patricia; his wife Loretta Bell; and his sister Sue Outlaw.

He is survived by: his sister Janet Wilkerson (Bobby) of Columbus, GA; and his close friend Judith Cook of Columbus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
