He is survived by: his children, Judy Wasson of Phenix City, AL and Ricky Adams (Beth) of Smiths Station, AL; his sisters, Erie Snead (George) of Atlanta, GA and Sara Sanders of Hamilton, GA; his grandchildren, Jaime Mathison (John) of Madison, AL, Janene Yost (Matt) of Harvest, AL, Jared Wasson (Caroline) of Huntsville, AL, Jozef Wasson of Phenix City, AL, Carley Gray (Harris) of Smiths Station, AL and Nick Adams of Smiths Station, AL; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Mathison, Ella Mathison and Penelope Yost. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
