He was predeceased by: his parents, George Westforth and Patricia Stills. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Westforth (McKenzie), Jeff Westforth (Alicia) and Joel Westforth (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kaley Westforth, Macey Westforth, Julia Wittbrodt, Chase Cator, Alesha Swanson and Adrian Adams; and his brothers, Jack Westforth and David Westforth.
