He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee Caldwell Hagen; his wife Cathy Graham Hagen; his daughter Heather Ann Allison (Jerry Lee Allison Jr.); his grandsons, Jeffery Osborn and Christopher Allison; his siblings, Williard Hagen Jr. (Bill) and Shirley Hagen Mollet; his siblings' children, Antonia Lee Martin and Williard Hagen III (Bert); his great-niece Carlee Martin; and his great-nephews, Tyler Hagen and Brandon Hagen.
