He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Fore Brooks; his daughter Sandie Brooks Manscill; his son-in-law James, Jr.; his son Scotty Zane Brooks; his daughter-in-law Tammy; his brothers, Donnie Brooks (Tammy) and Tommy Brooks; his grandchildren, Justin Zane Brooks (Anna), Erika Hope Pincoski, Hannah Brooks and Danielle Faith Manscill; and his great grandchild Isaac Zane Brooks.
