Rutledge of Columbus, GA; his great grandchild Marley Cliatt; his granddaughter Ja'Niya Franklin of Phenix City, AL; his siblings, Willie "Tikoy" Cliatt (Vera) of Columbus, GA, Beretha Rhodes of Ft. Worth, TX, Christine Rainwater of Atlanta, GA, Barbara A. Brown of Phenix City, AL and Mildred Johnson of Tampa, FL; his aunt Rusha Sewell of Columbus, GA; his siblings-in-law, Benny Jones (Betty), Peggy Cliatt, Betty Cliatt, Vickie Cliatt, Leatrice Jones, Annie Williams, Rosie Echols, Barbara Ingram (Jimmy) and Mary Battle; and his close friends, Walter Jackson and Roosevelt Billups. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
