He is survived by: his children, Roy F. McLendon, Jr. of Smiths Station, AL, Shannon McLendon of Columbus, GA, Lisa McLendon of Salem, AL and Bobbi Nixon (Craig) of Valley, AL; his siblings, Ruth Hollins (Don), Eloise Bailey (Terry), Julius McLendon, Gerald McLendon (Clara), Wayne McLendon (Diane), Ray McLendon (Sherry) and Fred McLendon (Faye); and his sister-in-law Peggy Sue McLendon. He is also survived by five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
