She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald R. Warren and Dorothy Robinson Warren; and her former husband Jackie M. Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lenard of Phenix City; her children, Johnny Bolin (Marge) of Columbus, Renee Lee of Phenix City and Debbie Kennedy (Charlie) of Pine Mountain; and her siblings, Barbara Mooningham of Wellington, KS., Donna Brewer of Haslet, TX. and Robert Warren of Amarillo, TX.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
